Timothy Swickard

Rev. Swickard has been involved in Christian ministry since 1989, serving as the Interim Senior Pastor of Honey Lake Assembly in Janesville, CA, and an elder at GVCC beginning in 1999. He is the Managing Partner at Dongell Lawrence Finney’s Sacramento’s law office, advising clients in various fields of environmental law. He also served as both the Director and Chief Counsel of the California, Department of Toxic Substances Control during the Schwarzenegger administration. He double majored in Agricultural Economics and Biochemistry at UC Davis and received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He has been married to his wife, Laura, since 1987, and they have five children.
