He is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at UC Davis, and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He received his B.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. He was a faculty member at UC Davis for 25 years, served as the vice chair of the department, and held an endowed professorship. Rev. Broderick is the Senior Minister of Grace Valley Christian Center. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and History from UC Davis, and his Juris Doctor from UC Berkeley's School of Law. He is also an attorney and prior to being called to full time ministry, he practiced law for 15 years. During this time he litigated cases in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Upon graduating from law school, he completed a fellowship at Pacific Legal Foundation, served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeal for the 9th Circuit, became a partner in Sacramento's oldest and largest law firm, and served as an Assistant United States Attorney, defending the United States in litigation and prosecuting environmental violations and drug crimes in federal court. He was saved in 2004 through the ministry of this Church, and has served in various ministries since that time. His wife Sharon, also a licensed attorney, is the principal of Grace Valley Christian Academy. They have two children.
Mr. Perry is the university minister and has been engaged in full-time ministry at GVCC since 2006. He became a Christian through the ministry of GVCC while doing his undergraduate work at UC Davis, and has an M.A. in Religion from Reformed Theological Seminary. Mr. Perry helped lead the high school group from 1998 to 2006 and has been in charge of the college ministry since 2007. He has been married to his wife, Ruth, since 2000 and has three children.

Originally a scientist from India, he is also a former professor of Greek and systematic theology and has traveled widely for Christian mission interests. He is the author of The Normal Church Life (1 John), Victory in Jesus (Joshua), The Wisdom of Jesus (The Sermon on the Mount), Muscular Christianity (Hebrews), Romans 1-8: The Gospel Freedom, Good News for All People, and several other books, including commentaries on Acts, Isaiah, Jude, and Matthew. From 1979-2005, he was serving as an ordained lay minister and an elder, while working for the California Peace Officers Association (CCPOA) in various capacities, including Chief Legal Counsel. He holds a B.A., M.A., and J.D. from UC Davis and committed wholeheartedly to Christ while at GVCC in 1976. He has been married to his wife, Carole, since 1978 and has three children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Spencer is an elder and minister at GVCC and has led GVCC's Faith and Reason Series. He is Professor Emeritus of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at UC Davis, and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). He received his B.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Stanford University. He was a faculty member at UC Davis for 25 years, served as the vice chair of the department, and held an endowed professorship. He has been married to his wife, Patti, since 1979 and has three children and thirteen grandchildren. He has been a member of GVCC since giving his life to Christ in 1992.
